Abstract
In regenerative medicine, the role of the religion and the politics is not clearly identified in a religious society. Especially when that is the question of execution of or respect for divine law by a secular government. With this assumption that regenerative medicine is an emerging interdisciplinary field, every single government needs openly to declare its moral or ideological position against regenerative medicine. The hypothesis of this research is that the political and religious positions about regenerative medicine are in the same line. They should have a positive and complementary role about the medical development in their society. Regarding the double duty of Islamic government because of Sharia and Morale, the regenerative medicine in Islamic society should also correspond to human rights
