Participation of seminaries and education for the purpose of paving the way the development of Islamic humanities.

With regard to the return of spirituality in the postmodern worlds to fill the spiritual  vacancy and to cope with different orientations of secular spirituality, The need for constructive messages by the Almighty God to man through revelation submitted to understand and apply in practice to be human growth and excellence. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen and develop the Islamic worldview by theorizing about it. As a first step for theorizing, observing phenomena are related to human sciences And because education is the best area to observe Therefore, we need a structure in education to observations classified and analyzed by committed persons and expert. The chaplain approved by the the seminary can be attained this important matter. As this would not be achieved with the centralized structure and relies on the orders of regulations, So it can be schools formed the structure of stimulus packages. So we need a structure for schools in which schools are in need of clergy. Thus, public-private institutions can be created, it will be the responsibility of team teachers, but school property and supervision of schools maintained by the state. In this way can the education goals set in the initial contract with these institutions; As presence of clergy qualified by education teachers in team schools drew a condition of license to operate. presence of spiritual person this way, on the one hand improve the infrastructure of mental, psychological and behavioral students. On the other hand the experiences gained by the clergy in the year cause synergy for the theorizing were be performed and also to reinforce Islamic Humanities. The study is measured using search K.A.P attitude elementary principals and teachers to create self-organizing teams of teachers in the form of a contract with the Ministry of Education. This study evaluated the factors affecting teachers in schools and programs create teams and tasks. Teacherschr('39') attitudes to participate on the program and its functions using structural equation, is obtained 42%.
